The range of products is poor and they often don't have basic items available. Many times I can't buy the same item I bought last time. Shipping is supposedly free but they add a mysterious 'delivery surcharge' of $4.99 at checkout. I recently compared their prices with Walmart. Nothing was cheaper at Boxed. You might have to buy the items individually. Walmart has free 2 day delivery. I took the app off my phone. These people are simply price gouging.
This company allows its workers to smoke in the parking lot. Looks past sexual harassment reports. Allows workers to sleep with each other for specific jobs in the warehouse. Also employees sell drugs on site. Allow them to come to work drunk. They retaliate by firing u when u have an issue with anything. Or speak up on unsafe things. If u are a temporary and someone says u said something about them the management will say they believe them bc they are actual employees. The employees eat and damage products all the time. So much can be said but I will leave it here...

I saw a commercial on tv for this and thought I would give it a try. It can definitely replace the big box stores, except they do not have bakery items and I am kind of fond of some of these at my big box store. Would I keep my big box membership just to keep getting tasty muffins? Probably not.. but I would keep it to get everything so not sure if I would switch or not, but it definitely comes in handy at reasonable prices.
My first time to use Boxed. If was a great experience and I will tell everyone I know about you guys. I definitely will use the service again. Thank you so much.

Spend some money guys. Same commercial shown over and over again. Tiresome and boring. I would never shop here.

Ordering was extremely easy and finding particular items in stock made this a no brainer. Everything ordered arrived in two days. I am very happy with Boxed!!
Great experience shipped fast and I like the order selfie that shows the order boxed up
I ordered two different orders over $100.00 each. First order came in fine but the second order was severely damaged due to way over packing and the box was so heavy I couldn't even pick it up. One whole corner was ripped open and one of the packages was damaged. I provided pictures but the damaged carton of peanuts was never replaced...? Don't buy from these people.

NO! It's NOT Legitimate! RUN! I thought it was a dream come true, turns out it STOLE my info and took off! They've BLOCKED Me from the site entirely! And after telling me that they were going to give me a $7.00 discount on my next order for screwing up This order! Others have FAR WORSE experiences, at least mine was TAME compared to others! RUN!
